The Sessions
A typical session is a fusion of astrology, intuitive guidance, energy practices and spirit tools to empower and awaken your own knowing of what you need, deepening your connection to the Divine and your Soul.
Sessions typically begin with a guided meditation, to bring us both into present time, so we can align with the Divine in me and in you.
This practice allows for a clear connection, that offers exactly what is needed in the moment, for your highest soul’s growth and journey to unfold, in a safe place where we address any concerns, and discuss the deeper learning of what is showing up in your life.
There is time to ask questions and receive intuitive guidance.
As needed, I will suggest personally designed practices to assist you in integrating the learning into your daily life.
Sessions end with a short energetic healing to release blocks and leave you inspired.
In our time together, the focus is on discovering your personal relationship with the Divine, and from this knowing learn how to consciously show up in alignment, as a unique singular spark of the Divine. This awareness allows you choice in living from your Essence rather than the programmed personality.
