This Body is our host
For this we must do our utmost
There is nothing too slight
To maintain a healthy fight
When it shows us pain
This is not always a gain
Therefore we need to listen
Not just envision
Seek out an underlying cause
Giving us time to pause
Ask what it needs
See where that leads
It will work as it must
But it too can combust
